hey douche, why don't you click on the "2000" link and see that the map looks nearly identical, except that time, gore won the popular vote? county map means jack shit, population densities in most of those red counties are lower than the blue counties.

i just don't understand the purpose of this map. so-called blue and red counties are split anywhere from 51-49 to like 95-5 what matters is the popular vote: 51% to 48%.. a margin much closer than that map tries to imply.
